Converts 47% of Customers to Electronic Adoption in Less Than

Plumbing Distributors Inc. (PDI), a well-known distributor of
Kohler, Sterling, Rheem and Capital Lighting, completed all invoice
delivery in-house by printing invoices, stuffing envelopes, and
sending invoices through the U.S. Postal Service on a regular basis.
As customer demand for electronic invoicing grew and the company
continued to expand across the Atlanta metropolitan area, PDI needed
a way to consolidate and streamline all invoicing for Accounts

When it came to choosing an
all in one invoice-to-cash solution, PDI was interested in
fusing all electronic invoicing and payment in a single
sign-on portal to streamline the ease of use for customers.
